We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, company name, role, demo requests, support messages, and workspace setup details.

When you use Qwezy, we may process information connected to your workspace, including uploaded CSV or Excel files, selected database tables, table names, column names, schema metadata, sample rows, saved reports, dashboards, alerts, SQL queries, prompts, generated answers, and usage activity.

We may also collect technical information such as browser type, device information, IP address, log data, timestamps, pages visited, and product events needed to operate, secure, and improve Qwezy.

We use information to provide Qwezy, authenticate users, connect data sources, generate SQL-backed answers, create dashboards and reports, maintain product reliability, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve the product experience.

We may use workspace metadata, query history, table notes, and user-provided context to help Qwezy understand your company data better and return more accurate results.

We may use contact information to send account, security, onboarding, demo, billing, product, or support communications. You can ask us to stop sending non-essential messages.

Customer data means files, database data, business records, table content, and other information that you connect to or upload into Qwezy.

Qwezy uses customer data to provide the service to your workspace. We do not sell customer data to advertisers.

When Qwezy optimizes a CSV or Excel file, the goal is to create a query-ready copy while preserving the original source conceptually. Optimizations may include safer column names, typed dates, numeric formatting, blank values stored as null, and metadata that helps Qwezy understand the table.

Qwezy uses AI systems to interpret questions, generate SQL, summarize results, suggest follow-up questions, and create table or column guidance.

Prompts may include relevant workspace context such as table names, column names, sample rows, saved notes, and recent conversation context so Qwezy can answer correctly.

You should review important outputs, especially SQL, business calculations, legal, financial, or operational decisions. AI-generated answers can be wrong or incomplete.

Qwezy may connect to databases, spreadsheets, business applications, and file sources that you authorize. Depending on the connector, Qwezy may query data live or sync selected data into Qwezy’s reporting layer.

You are responsible for making sure you have permission to connect each data source and to invite users to access that data in Qwezy.

If you remove a data source, disable access, or request deletion, Qwezy will handle that request according to the product capabilities and applicable account requirements.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Qwezy, such as hosting, database, authentication, email, analytics, AI infrastructure, payment, logging, and support providers.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate abuse, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information or customer data to advertisers.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information handled by Qwezy.

No system is perfectly secure. You should use strong passwords, limit workspace access to appropriate users, and only connect data sources that your team is authorized to use.

We retain information as long as needed to provide Qwezy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support legitimate business operations.

You may request deletion of account or workspace information by contacting us. Some information may be retained where required for security, legal, billing, backup, or audit purposes.

You can update account information, control workspace access, choose which data sources and tables to connect, and ask us about deletion or access requests.

You can also choose not to upload certain files or not to connect certain systems if they contain data you do not want processed by Qwezy.
