1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Qwezy, including the website, demo workspaces, application, data connectors, uploads, dashboards, reports, alerts, generated SQL, and related services.
By using Qwezy, creating an account, joining a workspace, uploading files, connecting a data source, or requesting a demo, you agree to these Terms. If you use Qwezy for a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
2. Qwezy service
Qwezy helps teams connect selected business data sources, ask questions in plain English, generate SQL-backed answers, view result tables, create dashboards, save reports, configure alerts, and reuse answers across a workspace.
Qwezy may support live database connections, synced connectors, CSV or Excel uploads, spreadsheet sources, and business applications. Available features may depend on your plan, workspace configuration, and connected data sources.
3. Accounts and workspace access
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, and limiting workspace access to appropriate users.
Workspace admins are responsible for selecting data sources, controlling user roles, managing dashboards and reports, and deciding what information is available inside Qwezy.
You must notify us if you believe your account, workspace, or connected data source has been accessed without authorization.
4. Customer data
You retain ownership of the files, database records, business data, prompts, notes, and other content that you upload, connect, or submit to Qwezy.
You grant Qwezy permission to process customer data as needed to provide the service, including parsing files, syncing selected tables, generating SQL, returning answers, creating metadata, saving reports, and maintaining product functionality.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, connect, process, and share customer data through Qwezy.
5. Uploaded files and optimization
For CSV and Excel uploads, Qwezy may examine the file and recommend optimization steps to make the data easier to query, such as safe column names, detected data types, blank values stored as null, date formatting, numeric formatting, and table metadata.
Qwezy is designed not to remove rows during file optimization unless a future feature clearly asks for and confirms that behavior. You should review optimization summaries, warnings, and previews before using an optimized file.
You are responsible for reviewing the resulting table, SQL, and outputs before relying on them for business decisions.
6. AI-generated outputs
Qwezy uses AI to interpret questions, generate SQL, summarize results, suggest follow-ups, and create business context. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or based on misunderstood data context.
You are responsible for reviewing generated SQL, result tables, summaries, dashboards, reports, alerts, and emails before using them for decisions, external reporting, financial analysis, legal analysis, compliance, or customer communications.
Qwezy does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or professional advice.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Qwezy to violate law, infringe rights, access data without authorization, upload malicious code, disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected parts of the platform, overload systems, or attempt to bypass security controls.
You may not use Qwezy to process data that you are not authorized to use or share. You are responsible for the data sources, files, and workspace access decisions you control.
8. Subscriptions, trials, and payment
Paid plans, usage limits, billing terms, trial terms, and renewal details may be shown on the pricing page, order form, invoice, or separate agreement.
If fees apply, you agree to pay them when due. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access. Taxes, payment processor fees, and plan-specific terms may apply.
9. Availability and changes
Qwezy may change, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue features over time. We may also update these Terms as the product changes.
We aim to provide a reliable product, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every query, connector, AI answer, or report will work perfectly in every situation.
10. Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public business, technical, financial, product, or customer information from the other. Each party should use reasonable care to protect confidential information and use it only for purposes related to Qwezy.
Confidential information does not include information that is public, already known without restriction, independently developed, or rightfully received from another source.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qwezy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qwezy’s total liability for claims related to the service will be limited to the amounts paid to Qwezy for the service during the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars if no amounts were paid.
12. Termination
You may stop using Qwezy at any time. Qwezy may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or misuse the service.
After termination, certain provisions will continue where needed, including ownership, confidentiality, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related terms.
